Do you mean the GCB icon doesn’t appear in the CKEditor toolbar? Sorry but I’m not familiar with CKEditor. I know it does appear in TinyMCE Advanced as that’s what I use.

    Hi benz1,

thanks for your quick replay … yes i know, GCB integrates seamless into TinyMCE … TMCE advanced is not needed … but not in CKEditor :=( … i think, somebody has to write a bit of code to make a “bridge” … me and thousends of WP-users work with CKEditor … i think, it’s the better editor at all …

    Hi guys,
Global Content Blocks plugin is directly for TinyMce and it will not work with CKEditor. Now our team is focused to support CKEditor 4 http://ckeditor.com/blog/CKEditor-4-Launched-Inline-Editing-New-Skin-and-More. In this moment we can’t add support for new plugins.

Likewise, I can’t provide support for other plugins either but I’ll have a look to see if we can do something in a future update.

You can still use Global Content Blocks without the toolbar icon, you just need to manually add the shortcode.
