   My site is http://emp.ower.us

   Things are looking good in firefox and I pass XHTML validation.

   IE 5.5 6 and 7 all display the sidebars below the content instead of next to it ... here's a link to the screenshots

   Please do a search for "sidebar drop" - there are probably a thousand posts about it, most with information regarding width problems.
