110mb and Awardspace

Is there a catch I should be aware of in regards to 110mb.com and Awardspace.com? Which is better? I’m just looking for a free host that will allow me to customize my templates and won’t screw me in some way. The blog is for personal use and I therefore don’t need a whole lot.
