Make plugin responsive

Thanks for plugin! it’s great!!
I’m working with responsive theme and I’d need plugin resizes when screen makes smaller.
I’ve been looking at archives plugin as ‘widgets/tpls/bottom_css.php’ and I’ve changed px by % but it doesn’t work
any idea?
