Not too difficult to do… it’s really more of an issue of familiarisation with CSS styling.

Check http://wordpress.org/support/topic/110773?replies=11#post-535519 for a discussion Gioska and I have been having. I tried it out for fun and it was really not too difficult (if you have some CSS background knowledge).
