Support with wordpress theme Yasmin

this is a very nice theme Yasmin

the original has a sliding gallery that does not work on the child theme i have created ..any idea why?

also – how can i enlarge or widen the theme. i would like to expend it to be bigger

i can find a lot of info on this theme …any support will be appreciated
