WP not showing template changes

Hello everyone,
I´ve recently been having a weird problem with my WP installation.
Yesterday I was customizing my template and after I saved all the changes , I went to the home page and refreshed the page and it didn´t show the changes. I cleared the browser cache and tried again and nothing. I even tried it in IE and Opera and it just refused to show the changes.
I then clicked in one of the posts and then it showed the changes but only for that post, not for the home page.
I got up from the computer and came back around 20 minutes later and refreshed the site again and it showed all the changes properly.
Does anyone have any idea what this might be? I tried searching here on the boards but I couldn´t find anything.
