rollover behaviors in widgets

Hello,

I am trying to add a rollover with an ‘open on click’ behavior to a widget. I want to take people to our on line store while keeping the main page open.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong but it doesn’t seem to be working. It’s fine with a simple link but not what I want.

Any input would be appreciated!
