Removing from only one menu item…

Hey Esmi,
first of thank you for the prompt response, your right the customer is using the thesis theme framework.
I was just curious if there was a way to do this at all, without hard coding the whole menu in html?
Can i maybe strip the tag in Javasript???
I’ve been reading through this:

how would i do this if i was using a non premium theme such as twenty eleven??

Hello Andrew,
telling me that hypothetical situations are difficult to comprehend doesn’t really help me does it. The question is quite a simple one, maybe i didn’t express my self clearly enough: can i strip the tag from only one menu item while leaving the rest of them in place?

I realize this Esmi, I’ve been using wordpress for a number of years now. I don’t usually post here most of the info i need can be found using G. but this one has me stumped, maybe you could point me in the direction of a codex entry to understand how to go about this, Is my posting here completely futile?
I have also crossed posted to stackoverflow and the thesis support forums but here you seem to have answered quicker….
