Nivo Slider uninstall issues

My client installed Nivo Slider and it was causing some issues. I uninstalled the plugin but there remains an unclosed <nivoslider id=”591″> tag above my main containing div on the home page. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? I checked thru all the theme files and don’t see any reference to it there or in any Javascript files. I need to get this removed because the unclosed tag is causing issues with IE7 not closing the other page divs properly.
