Post linking

I did a search and didn’t find anything. What I am looking for, be it a plug-in or implemented in the next version, is a tool that allows post linking. Say I have a post called Colors, then I come out with Colors part2. If I link these together(maybe with a name?), then Colors PT2 would automatically give links to Colors. Then say I come out with Colors Pt3; It would give links to Colors, and Colors Pt2, and so on.

Sound like a good tool?
