Extreme timeouts.

I have extreme timouts fetching feeds. i had to split my campains inn to just one feed per campain.
but have still extreme long timeouts on severals of the feeds resulting in a LOT of server 500 messages.
The duplicate opion is checked to make just some of the feeds work.
Second problem is due to this is that cron-jobs not pulling some times. (resulting in server 500 message) i have 4000ms++++ responstime on every feed.
