change the design of the calender

now i’m using <?php get_calendar(); ?> tag
and my calender looks like this :

March 2007
M T W T F S S
　　　　1 2 3 4
5 6 7 8 9 ….
« Feb

but i want to change the looking like this :

<< march 2007 >>
M T W T F S S
　　　　　1 2 3 4
5 6 7 8 9 …

<< means “go to feb” and
>> means “go to apr”

how can i change the design ?
or can’t i change it ?
