   I have searched and googled a download script but none fit to my criteria. I wanted something that would help me reduce bandwidth used daily.. something that restrict download.

   Request:
   A download limitation script.

   1. Tracks IPs of a user. Then limits a user for a certain period of time (after clicking a link/download) for that user to be able download again..
   e.g :
   Bob click a download link.. Then he need to wait for 2-5 minutes to be able to download again.

   2. A user is also restricted to ONLY be able to download for a certain numbers of files.
   e.g :
   Bob could only download 5 files per day.

   3. If you could, please make it so it affects only certain custom pages..

   note: i am sorry if i posted on the wrong place..

   Yeah Im trying to find one as well. Maybe Ill find one eventually.
