Alex King’s Popularity Contest and Cron – Permission Denied

Hello,

I need to do nightly recounts of trackbacks/comments due to the amount of spam I get.

I set up the cron job but with my domain (0 3 * * * wget -q http://www.example.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/popularity-contest.php?ak_action=recount_feedback), but I still get this error:

/bin/sh: /usr/bin/wget: Permission denied

I am not that familiar with cron and would appreciate any help in fixing this.
