Finally… Up and Running with WP

    I would still like to implement the “On This Day” plugin, but I had a miserable time trying to get it to work so I finally gave up. I realize this layout isn’t to everyone’s tastes and at higher screen sizes, the whole layout gets extremely wonky, but I’m content with this for now.
    Not your everyday ordinary basic WordPress layout, eh?

    The site looks a little messed up in Firefox. The calander gets pushed out toward the menu on the right.
    The leaves on the bottom of the post don’t show up and the HTML logo button ends up on the right of whole page.
    Other than that, looks good.. 🙂

    Well, I’m not an expert with CSS, so if anyone has any idea of how to fix the various problems, I would be happy to listen. I’ve tried tweaking, but have had no success.
    Since it’s only a personal journal-ish type thing, I haven’t been overly motivated to fix things.
