Pages with related posts listed?

I have a few of my pages set up like a gallery of sorts with a single item per page. Basically showing one quilt project per page. What I am wanting to do is tag the page with the project name. While I am working on the project, I write posts about the project and tag the post.

I would like a listing of these posts to show up “automagically” in the page so that my readers can go to the stages of the project and I don’t have to remember to put a link to the post on each page each time I write about that project.

I don’t need/want this function to be on all of my pages, just the ones that have been tagged. If there is no other way, then I will be ok with it though.

Is there something like this and I just haven’t discovered it yet? Or, is this something that doesn’t exist?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
