Plugin not working

    Hi,

    I’ve purchased a license of this plugin, however only after that I realized that it doesn’t really work.

    When I select some text and play around with the settings, I see font changes.

    However, when I either save or switch to html and then back, the font is back to how it was before.

    I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but I don’t see the options shown in the first screenshot (

    I’m working with the latest versions of WP (3.4.2) and the plugin (4.9.3)

    What browser are you using?
    Do you see any errors in the console?

    Hello Pawel,

    I tried IE (9) and FF (latest), both don’t work.
    I don’t see any errors in the console, no.

    If I can provide you with anything ellse that could help (admin access etc.) please let me know!

    Hi Pawel,

    I followed the standard procedure of deactivating all themes and plugins and re-activating them.

    Turns out an incompatibility with “Shortcodes Ultimate” caused the issue.

    After deactivating SU, it’s working now, except for one issue – but I’ll open another ticket for that.
