Title trimming with previous_post and next_post?

    Is there a way to trim the title to, say, the first 25 characters when using previous_post and next_post? My layout is breaking when I use the full title (but I don’t want to just refer to them as “Previous” or “Next” or any fixed name – I want a few words from teh actual title to show up)
