Getting Depreciated error !

    Dear I am using your plugin for first time and previously used Super Cache Plugin.

    As soon as I have activated your plguin I have started getting the following errors on the head of the page !

    Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /home/name/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/Plugin/PgCacheAdmin.php on line 136

Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /home/name/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/Plugin/PgCacheAdmin.php on line 147

Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /home/name/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/W3/Plugin/MinifyAdmin.php on line 93

    Please help me to fix this !
