Shipping – Region shipping based on variation

Hello,

So I have my store setup, however I am miffed on shipping and cant think out how to do this, to keep things simple:

I have a product: Painting
This painting comes in 2 sizes (variation): Small (£5) and Large (£10)
I have 3 regions to ship too: UK, Europe and Rest of the World.

Now here is the problem:

Since these paintings are different sizes, they will cost different prices to post. Postage of a small painting to the UK will be (e.g £5), while large to the UK would be (e.g £10). Same applies for the other regions.

Now I could set this up using Fixed Rates: Small Painting (U.K.) £5, etc, and do that for every single product, but that means the user has to select an option (they could do it wrong), and it’s a lot of rates to make.

Can anyone suggest how I’d go about this?

TL DR: Looking for something that allows me to add a shipping price to the variation they have chosen, based on a region (UK, Europe, Rest of World).
