Need help with placing widget only on the 1st page of the home

Hi!
Need help with the following:
I need certain wedget to appear only on the front page of the blog (here http://bothaway.com) and not appear on the “older posts” pages (here http://bothaway.com/page/2/, plus all older pagers).

It doesn’t work with commands is_home() and is_front_page() – this way wides appears on all home pages.

Please, advise what command I should use to fulfill the idea.
