I’d like to ask again, if there is any way I can merge the stats of my site back together? I’ve lost stats from 2007 to present and would like to know from the people who maintain WP-Stats and Jetpack if that is possible?
Is your site on WordPress.COM? If so, you’ll need to ask on their forums — these forums are for self-hosted WP sites.
I already went ahead and checked that and read through the documentation of WP-Stats but still no solution in sight.
I also just ran into a posts discussing a possible solution http://wordpress.org/support/topic/jetpack-stats-lost?replies=25 and I’m looking at trying to solve this myself.
You might also want to post on the plug-ins forum directly — here:

Thanks, I did just that and posted on the plugins forum. I did tag my post here so it should come out when you search for posts related to Jetpack and WP-stats but I guess, either the right people haven’t chanced upon my support issue, or they’re flooded with support requests and there aren’t that many support people assigned to this part of the forum.
I’m beginning to lose hope that there’ll even be a reply from anyone from Automattic or from people involved with JetPack.
It has been a week, my stats from several years back were lost.
If the forum mods think it is appropriate to move this to the Plugins forum, then please do so.
Please email support@jetpack.me with all the relevant details such as your WordPress.com username, your blog URL, and any other domains your blog has used in the past (including staging).
Thanks. I already sent them an email. I’m hoping to get a response soon. I’ll post back here any update that I get.
Update: A few days after sending a support request through http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service, WordPress engineers were able to fix the problem which was caused by a duplicate installation of my blog, which was actually an archive of a previous version of my site. After turning off Jetpack on the old site and by disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack on my existing site, all the old stats were recovered.
I’d like to thank Valerie, the WordPress engineer who helped resolve this issue.
