Help Me Create A Plugin

hey guys i want to create a plugin that helps me direct a specific post using htaccess..

basically what i want to do is to create a redirect for a post in the htaccess so that a post has two permalinks.. i want this to be done using a plugin so that everytime i can set a specific post to be redirected using the url..
