Where is get_linkz()

In deperacted.php lines 268 & 317 it says to use get_linkz() instead of either get_linkobjectsbyname() or get_linkobjects()

I could not locate the file in which get_linkz() is defined, does anyone know? The only function I could locate aws get_links(), but that function does something else.
