Upload not showing same image

Hi,

Love the plugin, I’ve never experienced any issues with it until now. I had always cropped the avatars to 96×96 before uploading. I did so again and rather than update the picture, it just stayed on the old avatar, as if the update didn’t take. It will accept the uncropped version of the picture, but if I edit it at all before uploading, it reverts to the old avatar that was there previously and does not overwrite. I’m using the latest version of the plugin. Is there any debug steps I should be taking?
