Sidebar pushed to bottom of main content

as several people may recall, i do the back end stuff for a friend’s blog. We’re working on a new theme that looks good in FF, but IE pushes the sidebar down below the main content. It’s a fluid theme, so I’m sure it needs an IE hack of some sort. Can someone please take a look at it? thanks
