Installation for multiple sites

    I want to use wordpress for making multiple sites at same time.i read topic create_a_network.what is better option 1. create_network or 2. make different folders and out wordpress in it. i had wamp installed on my pc. i am still confused about making my site online, where my related saved and how to upload it…
    Please help…
