Slider field: Images not uploading / New entries replacing old one

    Hi Derek,

    Have been using Option Tree for a while now, and have a site which is now experiencing a couple of issues that I can’t seem to resolve.

    I have a slider field which has 2 issues which seem have appeared simultaneously:

    • It’s impossible to add an image to a new slide. The plugin seems to be refusing to acknowledge that an image has been selected, both when uploading a new image, or selecting an existing one from the media library. After the upload modal closes, the image field remains empty. If I copy and paste a URL in to the field it simply disappears when I save the options.
    • When I attempt to add a new slide now, instead of adding a new slide it replaces the last slide.

    I’m using version 3.4.2 of WordPress and version 2.0.12 of OptionTree.

    Any suggestions you have would be much appreciated, and if there is any additional info I can provide please let me know.
