Sluggish site? Yes or No? and Why?

    I am trying to find out what you guys think. Is my site running sluggish or is it my computer? If you think it is. Do you have an reasons why? How can I get it going faster?

    I think it is running slow, but I am not sure. Even the admin area is running slowly.
