Odd problem with IE vs. Firefox

I’ve been tinkering with my theme for this site:

Everything is fine in FireFox.

The problem happens when trying to load the page in IE7. Sometimes the page pulls up fine, sometimes I get a popup with the message: “Internet Explorer cannon open the Internet Site http://www.dcroe.com/blog/. Operation Aborted”. At which point I’m redirected to an IE error page.

But then hitting refresh button 1-5 times will pull up the page correctly.

I don’t know specifically what the problem is, but process of elimination tells me that it has to do with one or both of the last 2 sections of my sidebar (“Syndication” and “Administration”), because if I remove these 2 sections the error goes away. But if I add either of them back in, the problem reappears.

I can’t figure out why the code in either of these sections would cause a page not to load, nor why the problem is inconsistent.

Any help would be most appreciated.
