    I have been working on my blog when I tried to update the jetpack plugin, now I can’t login to my blog as I get a 500 (internal server) error, can anyone help?

  • Check PHP error log file. Ask your web host where it is.
    If it is white page, enable wordpress debugging to print the errors. In the wp-config.php file, you will found the WP_DEBUG setting set to false. Set it to true to see the errors.

    We can’t really debug server errors without having really good access to the server itself. You have to tell us the error.
