gmmktime() error

    After upgrading to 2.1, I am getting this errror everywhere in my control panel.

    Warning: gmmktime() expects parameter 3 to be long, string given in /home/savicd/public_html/wp/wp-includes/rss.php on line 788

    Any clues?

    I did not mess with the rss.php and I am using an RSS aggregator plugin BDP RSS Aggregator.

    Anyone?
