    Does not properly display my xlsx spreadsheet. Just see garbage display. I can download it, and the downloaded shows up fine in MS Excel, so I know that the file is properly inserted and has the correct format.

    The Plugin Information page says that this is a limitation of Google Viewer:

    Office XML (2007+) file formats are sometimes problematic with Google Viewer. Please test your documents, and when possible I recommend you use the Office 2003 equivalent formats instead.

    Because the viewer works by converting all of the pages (or sheets, in the case of a spreadsheet) into images, you don’t lose anything by converting the source document to XLS or even PDF format if your XLSX document is not supported. Sorry for this inconvenience.
