Gallery not working in Woothemes Swatch Theme (Free Version)

    Hi,

    I am using free Swatch theme by Woothemes for my wordpress website Aero-Sapiens

    I am using its Gallery feature and till last week it was working correctly. Earlier, as soon as I click on any pic of Gallery, a new popup window used to come (I believe something like PrettyPhoto) in which pic comes in Gallery style mode. Something like the one, if you click on any of the items in Portfolio page.

    Now all of a sudden, all pics of gallery are coming as individual links.

    Could you please suggest what could have been the reason? The only changes I made in last week is applied 1-2 plugin. Now I have tried disabling ALL plugins as well, still no luck.

    Kindly assist. Any help will be highly appreciated.

    I’m sorry but as you are using a commercially supported theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers.

    Dear Esmi,

    Please note that I am using Free version of Swatch theme and thus I believe I am equally liable to receive support from WordPress as for any other Free theme.

    Please help in above issue.

    I’m sorry but in this instance you are incorrect. Woo Themes are classed as a commercial theme provider and we do not support their themes here as it is not our place to deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.

    The wordpress.org support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on wordpress.org.

    Esmi – The swatch theme is offered free by Woo Themes so you can’t take advantage of their support. I’m also having issues with the Portfolio section (something’s wrong with the path for embedded youtube videos) and posted a separate thread yesterday. Any help there would be appreciated!

    Varunwordpress – Make sure you enabled the gallery in the theme options (in the portfolio tab). The Portfolio will work without it but the gallery feature has to be turned on. That’s all I can think of. Good luck!
