Unresponsive Script Error Using WP 3.4.1

    I get the following error when I load a particular page on my laptop:

    A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

    Script: resource://c7ae725d-fa5c-4027-bb4c-787ef9f8248a/api-utils/lib/cuddlefish.js -> resource://c7ae725d-fa5c-4027-bb4c-787ef9f8248a/api-utils/lib/sandbox.js -> resource://c7ae725d-fa5c-4027-bb4c-787ef9f8248a/api-utils/data/content-proxy.js:761

    I use firefox as a browser. Can you please let me know how best to fix this issue?

    For a start you will need to close Firefox and kill any threads that are still running. I assume this is happening on your site, yes? If so, try:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    And please upgrade WordPress asap.
