Uploading with Multiple Users

    I have WordPress 2.1 for http://www.threrecshow.com

    There are three users on this blog. Can any of us upload pictures,audio, etc, using WordPress, from our respective computers onto the same server?

    I have an account set up on a HostMonster server.

    I have no trouble uploading files, but one of the other two guys couldn’t seem to upload a picture onto the server under his WordPress login name and password (which is different from mine).

    Is there some sort of configuration with WordPress that I am missing, or do I need to do something at the server end?
