Gallery Support.

Ok, so I need help getting my galleries to look exactly like this http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/

It tells me how in not so many ways. Yet I have tried everything I can think of and I just can’t get it to look like that. Plus I have no carousel options in media settings, or nexgen gallery options. All there is there is a slideshow and I need a pop out gallery like the one in the specified above URL. Please help here is the website I am needing help on http://www.theatttic.com the two galleries in question are the main gallery on the Gallery page. Then the one on the donations/partners page, this one isn’t really full of images just yet. Also was wondering how I can apply a link to a certain gallery, because I have two separate ones. How would I do that?
