Show Custom Fields on 'Add New Post' page

    Hi all,
    I need to show a Custom Field when someone is Creating a New Post [Add New Post Page], but am unable to find a way out. I am able to show the custom fields when editing the page but not when a Post is being Created/Added to the blog.

    Is there any hook available for this? or a work around?
