[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Moving forms when moving sites (export/import)

I am running Form Manager on a number of sites. By coincidence (or technical failure) one of my sites went down today and I quickly needed to put a new version up on another server. However, when I exported the old site and imported it on the new WP installation on the new server, the forms and form data were not there.

Any idea on how I can move them along to a new server?

If not, “export all forms and form data” and “import all forms and form data” buttons would be greatly appreciated in a new version.
