    Hi Mangomeat,

    No it is not possible – the idea of the template is that it creates a ready to use out of the box mobile responsive email template for all everything that goes through wp_email.

    It saves you having to build your own email template with CSS style sheets. That is why we built this plugin so we did not have to spend time doing that on each site we built.

    If you are looking to highly customize your email template into 3 columns to suite your custom contact 7 Order Page you need to build a custom template for it.
