1. it doesn’t load the images
2. the page is very slow

I’m sorry, but this report does not seem to concern bol.com partnerprogramm plugin issues.
I did some research on the website to try and find the problems you are describing. The pageload is indeed very long from request to first information sent from the server (2.57 seconds). I could also see that loading the websites requires a lot of requests from the browser to the server (110 to 135 requests).
The images are not loaded because of a very global styling your site runs. It hides all images and does not discriminate:
