Audio File Download Link Problem

My problem is I can’t put a link up to simply download an audio file from line of text. Everytime I try and include the referenced .mp3 file it automatically turns it into a flash streaming form.

I have tried with 1-pixel out and podPress but can’t figure this out. What is the best way to have it so you can put the music online so it streams and is downloadable?
