   Hello, I just upgraded from 2.0.6 to 2.1. There are at least 2 issues with images that I've found.

   1. I insert images into a post by clicking the thumbnail and dragging to the post (since there is no "thumbnail" option availably on the right side when you'd click the "Send to Editor" button). OK, the thumbnail is inserted beautifully. Then I go to the blog and view the post. The thumbnail is there! Yeah! Then, I click the image to view a larger version and there is NO POPUP. Instead, it goes to the Admin login page. If I am already logged in, it goes to the Images dialog in the "Browse All" setting in the Admin interface that is within the Post interface; however, without the rest of the interface.

   2. I've tested every single lightbox plugin possible on the web, and they all break - my guess, though, is that it is because of issue #1 (the link is not correct).

   Dunno about #2, but for #1, there is a thumbnail radio icon on the right side. Here's an example of what you should see when you upload an image:

   If you select Show Thumbnail before clicking the Send to Editor button, then it'll work fine.

   Dragging and dropping the thumbnail into the editor will certainly not work. Your link, in that case, will be the link of part of the admin interface.

   Thanks for the info - I do not have a "Thumbnail" option on my page, just full-size and title. What could be wrong?

   Near as I can figure, that thumbnail option shows up whenever the file has an extension of JPG, JPEG, GIF, or PNG. is your image one of those?

   Remember, BMP is not a standard. IE can show them, but other browsers usually cannot.

   Yes, they are all jpg images - they were previously uploaded images though - under "Browse All". I haven't tried to upload new ones since the upgrade. Thanks!

   OK - I deleted the pics and re-uploaded them and now I get the "thumbnail" option and can insert them properly into my posts!

   Also, I found a lighbox 2.2 mod that actually works on my version of 2.1 :) You can find it here:

   Because I am using effects.js and prototype.js in my blog (they were already loaded), I had to delete the two lines in lightbox2.php that loaded these javascript files. Also, this plugin requires you to manually insert the code 'rel="lightbox"' or 'rel="lightbox[groupname]"' because it has a nifty feature in which you can group photos together and view them as a lightbox slideshow of sorts.

   I, too, do not get the "thumbnail" option, just the

   Show: full size
   Title

   choice. I just uploaded the image today, never before, tried deleting and re-uploading and still do not get that option. Do you have any ideas why this may be the case? It's a jpg file. Very frustrating - this worked on the version previous to 2.1.
