thumbnail pictures on categories list

don’t understand why I can get thumbnail pictures on some and not on others – categories on home page: http://www.ctproductsandservices.com and
http://ctproductsandservices.com/custom-post-types-landing-page/?landing_page=listing

and on my “Featured Members” home page on one entry it is not aligned properly:”Rickshaefer” – website is not in a field and email address is also in the wrong field.
