Totally broken in IE9, works in FF, Chrome, Safari

I can access either one in Firefox or Chrome with no problem, but on stock IE9 it’s totally broken. It seems to be theme related, only the basic unstyled (Gamma) theme works and then I lost ALL styling, obviously. Any ideas? All themes besides Gamma exhibit the same problems.
