Add/view Gravatar on all posts

I have a blog site at http://www.i-define-design.com
I use the Sundance WordPress theme

If you view my site, there is a column along the left side, next to all the posts. This is the column that displays the gravatars, if you click a post title, to view just the post, it displays my gravatar in that column. I’d like the gravatar to show in both the main display area of the site and when you click on the title to view the post.

Any ideas/help?
