Trouble Removing Adhesive Plugin

    Hi,

    I installed Adhesive a few months back and it worked fine ever since. But lately I realized it’s not a great plugin, as it interferes with the RSS feed and other things.

    I went to deactivate it, and upon reloading my site, I got a 500 server error. This occured on my index page and any other page that contained posts. Any normal “page” didn’t contain the error and loaded fine.

    Any idea on how to delete this plugin safely? I want to just delete it and hope the problem goes away, but I’m afraid it could kill my site. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

    I don’t see any reason why you can’t download it to your computer (for a backup) and then just delete it from your plugins directory. That should solve the problems.

    No, I tried that and my site goes 500 server error. It’s the strangest thing.

    I completely delete it, and my site won’t load. Any ideas would be grand.
