Behavior of Return to the beginning of the slideshow after last slide 2.1.15

Works great in posts and widget! But I don’t like the behavior with this setting “Return to the beginning of the slideshow after last slide” Once the last slide displays it seems to rewind the slides meaning I can see all the prior slides backup to the beginning and start the slide over again. I want a continuous slide show.
