• Several days ago my dashboard started only partially loading; I cannot fully operate my system. I have looked through the WordPress forums and asked Google for help, but nothing. I’ve deactivated the plugins and re-updated WordPress, but I’m still having the same problems. The other day I added code to a widget and placed on my sidebar… I cannot edit widgets, because it will not load. I was able to go in and delete the sidebar I created, but that did not help.

Any suggestions, **please help** Thank you

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

I haven’t tried re-uploading; I will try that, and hopefully it will work.

thank you for your help. I deactivated all plugins and re-uploaded. I left all plugins deactivated… more information loads on the dashboard than before; it is still slow, but will not completely load.

    Any other suggestions?

I would contact godaddy and see if they can help. It might be that the server that you are on is totally overloaded. Godaddy’s server do them to be slower than most.
